All coaches are access NI checked, fully insured and first aid trained to create the safest possible environment for your children.
Football

These programmes run from nursery to P7 children with different themes such as Premier League, Champions League and World Cup.

We combine skill based coaching with small sided games for the perfect blend of technical development with in play decision making in order to provide a fun session that has what kids want paired with what they need to move to the next level.

Combat kids P1-P7

Not everyone likes sport but we want to help promote the benefits of physical activity to all children which is why we are passionate about creating new programmes to help them engage in different ways.

Action packed with plenty of challenges, you wont want to forget your bottle of water for this one.

Disney Dance P1-P3 + Dance Academy P4-P7
Disney Dance brings dance to life through all the favourite animated movies for a more relatable experience for the younger ages with the progression onto the Dance Academy which focuses on more routines based on the latest chart songs.

Open to boys and girls of all abilities.

Flash the Fox
Flash is our Skill School mascot and kids love him. These programmes use original stories designed by our team of Flash and his adventures to help children explore their imagination as well as improving fundamental skills important for future participation in physical activity. Contact us for more details of your nearest session.

Magical Movement
Using Dance, movement, music and rhythm to enhance fundamentals skills. These sessions are another great introduction to dance and play for little stars looking for their first steps into physical activity.

Our specialist coaches deliver PE to meet the national curriculum in numerous schools. We believe children should have access to specialist trained coaching to ensure we meet the health and physical needs of our young people.

Our coaches use animation and imagination to capture the children’s attention to make sure they are fully engaged in each session.

Sessions are tailored to suit the needs of the school and can be modified to fit into your school’s preference.

Budgets are tight and schools are under pressure. We provide our team to deliver fundraisers within your school. These popular events provide schools with the financial support to run programmes that were previously unattainable.
